We recommend maintaining the maximum diligence with reference to Data Protection using security tools, and Ender won't be responsible of any subtraction, amendment or loss of illegal information.

You'll always have free right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your information, as well as revocation of your authorization for sending business messages without any retroactive effect, according to legal terms, via written document to the previous address. If the applicant cancels and revokes your express consent for the treatment of your personal details, Ender can determine the specific service provision that include this information for an optimum service provision.

3. Intellectual propriety and responsibility for the content

3.1 It is prohibited to use the web content, specifically texts, design and source code, without the express authorization of its owners. Any unauthorized use will be duly persecuted by the legitimate owners.
3.2 The website owner is not responsible of contents of any third-party websites, according to Article 17 of LSSICE.

4. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These conditions of use are subject to the Spanish law, for any conflict due to its interpretation; both parties will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the city of Barcelona.
